Whether you are a recreational rider or a rider with a desire to show at the highest level, Iron Horse has the place for you. Our goal is to provide a safe and caring environment for people to experience the unique relationship between horse and rider.

The state-of-the-art facility provides an outdoor arena and indoor lighted arena, both featuring Rubber Footing by Footings Unlimited (www.footingsunlimited.com), covered bull pen, beautiful turn-out pastures, tack rooms, grooming areas, wash racks, large lounge areas and housing to accommodate the round-the-clock Barn Manager.  Each horse's nutritional needs, provided by Purina Mills (www.purinamills.com) is formulated to maximize his performance and well being.

Head Trainer: Christine Johnston

Christine has been training for more than twenty years, and competing in multiple disciplines at the national level since 1985.  Her performance has resulted in multiple national level wins year over year. Christine also brings her experience as a licensed “R” judge to Iron Horse. This experience offers riders the unique ability to understand their discipline from a Judge’s perspective. She trains and shows in multiple disciplines, and specializes in Amateur riders.

Assistant Trainer and Barn Manager: Kassie Webb

Kassie brings her years of experience with animals to Iron Horse as the Barn Manager and Assistant Trainer.  During her career, Kassie managed a small Animal Hospital where she worked hands-on with the vets in animal care.  She continues to expand her skill set by continuing her education and recently completed courses in equine reproduction at Colorado State University.  This knowledge, in conjunction with her genuine love of horses make her the perfect fit for Iron Horse.  Kassie is responsible for the day-to-day management and care of each horse’s nutrition and health.
